The immersive nature of the Adam’s Choice transformational journey will be so unique and different from anything you have experienced so far, that it will inevitably be a life-changing experience. Through the different steps of the journey and the continuous work along the way, deep changes in emotion and behaviour will occur.

Personal interactions with others on the same journey will foster this transformation as you are encouraged to embrace vulnerability, feel compassion and get out of your comfort zone.

This transformation will be focused on your own life priorities and most important beliefs, with the aim of redesigning the way you live within your company, family and society as a whole.

There will be no traditional classroom settings or one-way teacher to student approach, each “class” will be an experience that takes you on a transformative journey together with all other participants.

Methodology
The 6 Dimensions of Live

The Adam’s Choice methodology is based on the 6 dimensions of wellness identified by the National Wellness Institute, which defines wellness as an active process through which people become aware of, and make choices toward, a more successful existence.

You will undergo an individual process, with the support of an expert, to help you evaluate how you are balancing the 6 dimensions in your life and define your priorities and objectives for each.

During the Adam’s Choice transformational journey you will work on each dimension and focus on your own individual needs to develop your own strategies for improvement. All of this, with the support of other participants and the Experience Designers.

Spiritual

Being able to have a meaningful life aligned with our core values and that fulfills our purpose. Making this an integral part of our lives.

Emotional

Being able to understand ourselves and our emotions and understand their value in order to cope with the challenges life can bring.

Social

Being able to relate to and connect with others. To establish and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with family, friends and coworkers.

Intellectual

Being able to open our minds to new ideas and experiences. The desire to want to learn new tools, improve skills and seek challenges repeatedly in pursuit of lifelong learning.

Physical

Being able to achieve a lifestyle that ensures health and physical condition to live the life we ambition. To manage to live in a balanced state of body, mind, and spirit.

Occupational

Being able to achieve personal fulfillment from our jobs or our chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our lives. The desire to make a positive impact on the organizations we work in and on society as a whole.

Methodological Roots

The Adam’s Choice Journey is deeply rooted on 5 foundational principles which make the experience unique and effective.

All content has been developed based on these 5 principles that allow for a much deeper and longer-lasting consolidation of the learning experience which is what we call transformation.

These 5 principles represent the vital components of a new way of teaching and learning and they are at the root of what we do.

Sustained

We live and breathe the Academia and can, therefore, never be less than exceptional. Our validation comes from the ability to do meta-analysis. We are experts in questioning ourselves and continuously review our own content.

Relational

Our andragogy is sedimented in collective intelligence. We allocate participants to tribes within levels of homogeneous sophistication. It is an interconnected journey - peer learning and mirroring.

Practical

We believe in the combination of theoretical knowledgeand experimentation. We are scientists and we will be scientists. Because we put people’s challenges as hypotheses.

Sensorial

Our model is a multisensorial approach that is key for human learning. Through our senses we make associations that strengthen our recall ability, adding significance to the learning experience.

Immersive

Our experience shows that, for structural and inner development to happen, we have to be alienated from the outside. It is the ability to denude ourselves, to blend in and to start from scratch. It happens when we surrender to the journey.
