Call it whatever you want: shaking the waters; disruption, etc.! In the end it makes perfect sense, no matter how sceptical or open-minded we are!

Again, this surpassed my expectations, it is becoming quite common since the beginning of the Adam´s Choice Experience, I would say journey.

Without realizing it, life becomes an endless “dare to do”… Then, unexpectedly, you are “dared to feel”… just stop, stay quiet, lie down and feel your body vibrating.

Adam's Choice forced us to stop, follow the program, meditate, deconstruct limiting beliefs and co-create as a team. Everything was thought out in detail, which made all the difference.

I believe that when we connect with ourselves and with others we have the correct tools to change our lives and, ultimately, the World. Adam’s Choice showed us exactly that.
